The course is intended for complete beginners and those who have some playing experience. Backgammon is played with dice and is superficially a game of luck. in fact there is a high skill element and this class aims to develop and teach this skill. We will take it in turns actually to play the checkers, and will all participate in discussion of most moves. The aim is for everyone to feel involved, to learn and to have fun.
