The club welcomes both novice and experienced birdwatchers to its all-day outings visiting reserves throughout East Anglia. Day trips take place every other Friday in term time meeting for coffee at or near the venue. Journeys are in members’ cars, with passengers contributing to the fuel costs. Every year a one week visit is arranged either in the UK or elsewhere. We also run some local, shorter trips at various times during the year. Social events include occasional club lunches and a coffee morning for new members before the autumn term. To cover administration costs the annual subscription is £2 per household. Please include a separate cheque for £2 made payable to ‘U3AC Bird Club’ with your main U3AC application form. Members will be informed of the proposed programme each term.
