    This course provides an opportunity to explore Buddhist Meditation in greater detail. It is intended as a continuation for those who wish to take further the insights and practices they developed in the autumn Term course, and also for anyone who undertook the introductory course in previous years, or already has some regular experience of Buddhist meditation. The main topics of the course will be: exploring the components of mindfulness. dealing with typical obstacles we experience in meditation. meditation as a personal exploration. linking mindfulness of breathing and positive feelings. and the four key dimensions of our connectedness with others.
