Continuing the study that we have already begun of Homer's Iliad , we shall read together further selected excerpts from this great epic and through them consider its poetry, mythology, story and meaning. Class members who wish to do so may present for discussion sections of the poem that resonate with them, but there will be no compulsion to do this.
