    This class offers participants the chance to be part of a vibrant community of dancers who move together creatively for fitness and wellbeing. A wide variety of sounds and music, visual arts and themes from nature will be used to inspire our dance. Though there will be a strong emphasis on process and improvisation, we will also, when opportunities arise, share our dances with the wider community. Think of it as a choir for movers! These classes will incorporate the ‘My Time Dance Group’ which has taken dance into local residential homes. Dancers can choose whether to join in with this or with other opportunities. Participants who love dancing at any level are welcome. Please come prepared to work in bare feet or soft shoes, and wear loose comfortable layers.
