During these 3 visits to the Botanic Garden we observe different plant families, study their growth habits and their benefits. We are exploring the use of aromatic plants in the past and present times. By the end of this course you will have an understanding of different plant families, their specific growing requirements, their contribution to our health and how you can use them in cookery etc. Aromatic plants 1 and 2 are covering different plants and can either be attended as a set or stand alone courses.
